Can someone recommend a really good moderately priced treadmill?

I'm getting a treadmill next week. I'd like to get one for around $300, if possible. I want a good electric one with varying speeds...is that asking too much in that price range? I've seen alot out there, but don't know how to choose. Also, where is the best place to purchase one? Thanks!
