Where can I find pictures of what this will look like?

I have been looking around this site and others to find some pictures of what a 'pouch' is and what the surgeons actually do to the stomach and such. Has anyone seen anything like this? I saw a very brief snippett while watching a tv program and think I know what happens, but would like to show my husband and kids what exactly I am talking about when I say 'pouch'. I would love it if someone could direct me to an website that has some pictures of stomach/pouch before and after. Not really looking for scar pics or body before/after pics but actual pouch or stomach (even annimated or drawn is fine) Thanks!
