Hello I weighed 347 before surgery and now....

Hi, I weighed 347 before surgery and now weigh 210. I have lost 137lbs. in 9 mos. I was just wondering if there are people out there who weighed this much and how much weight did they loose. Will I remain in the 200's. I had DISTAL LONG LIMB RNY OPEN. My personal goal for me is 145 is this possible?
