I get very dizzy and light-headed when I don't eat. Is this hypoglycemia?
I just asked the doctor in chat about how when I don't eat for a while, I get very light-headed and dizzy. The doctor told me I should find a friendly diabetic and check my glucose level. Well, I don't know any diabetics, and I don't really know what the doctor meant. Is that an indication of hypoglycemia? Should I be concerned, and will it get worse after I have my surgery? Usually all I have to do is eat a little to make it go away, but after surgery I will not be able to eat much. Will it get worse? I don't want to be passing out all the time after this surgery. Thanks guys!
