Is it more important to get all your protein in (65 g) and not worry about your

calories being too low or do you have to have a minimum number a calories as well. I am drinking 2 protein shakes a day and eating a lot of seafood which doesn't amount to much over 600 calories a day. I am 3.5 months post op RNY and have lost 65 pounds but it has slowed down the past couple of weeks. Thanks for your input.
