I have two questions, I drink 2 or 3 protein shakes daily,
does that count toward my watet intake. Also, I had my bloodwork done and all was fine but my iton. I am now taking 300 mg of iron daily (150mg twice a day). I occasionally get lightheaded after getting up from a sitting position. I thought it was from being anemic, but given the amount of iron I am taking now I don't think that would cause it. Any other ideas what might be causing this?
