Has anyone had good luck with Cigna PPO out of Western PA?

I have Cingna PPO insurance out of the Western Pennsylvania area. I am getting a little nervous. I have heard that Cigna isn't to good with approving this type of surgery. Has anyone had good luck with them and how long did it take for them to approve you?
