I have a few tatoos on my lower back, above my bottom- will they get really distorted

I have about 5 tattoos- two down by my feet which I am not so worried about, and three on my lowerback/upper bottom. Is this a place where tattoos are likely to get very distorted? What will happend to them? Will they shrink, move to a different spot, get longer or thinner? Anyone who has had experience with the incredible shrinking tattoos, please let me know. Thanks!
