Fatigue and Circles --Oh My!!

I'm at 6.5 weeks post-op and am VERY tired all the time. I've been good at getting my vites, h2o, iron, walking and protein in...but still feel very weathered. I've also noticed dark circles around my eyes... My surgery ended up being 2 surgeries--one as a lap which couldn't be finished due to a tumor that was biopsied, then an open rny 2 weeks later. I'm wondering if it's the double does of anesthesia? My surgeon thinks I'm on track however. Anyways, I am so open to suggestions from you seasoned vets... tell me it gets better please..and the circles go away! Thanks for your wisdom!
