does anyone else dump like this

Sometimes after I eat I get flushed. I can actually feel my temperature go up and my face and chest get red. I also feel a little lightheaded, almost high. I think this is dumping, it only lasts about 20 minutes, and weird as it is it is NOT unpleasant, just strange. On the other hand I'm 40 so I wonder if it could be hot flashes, but it didn't start til after surgery. Anyone??? lol
