I am almost 3 mos post-op, can I eat italian bread or semolina bread?

Can you tell me at what month can I be able to eat italian or semolina bread with my deli meats. I would like to make a sandwich but I don't like white bread, never have and never will but I do like hard italian bread. Boy do I miss those heros.
