Why have I gained 5 lbs

I am 6 weeks post op and have gained 5 lbs in the past week in a half I just started eating regular food. Is this not working for me I have lost 32 lbs i'm so confussed please help I asked my husband if I was eating alot and he said he didn't know how I was surviving because I hadn't eaten alot please help
