What is reasonable intake for sodium, carbohydrates and potassium for weight loss?

I have tried problend 55 as a dietary sample given at my surgeon consult. It was awful. I have used EAS Myoplex in the past and loved them, but the ingredients are different then problend 55. I noticed the sodium and carbohydrate grams listed are much higher. What difference will this make for weight loss?
