Possible to make puffed wheat squares healthfully?
I am wanting to make my family chocolate puffed wheat squares and already have the reduced fat margerine and brown sugar substitute....but what is bothering me is the corn syrup the recipe calls for. Has ANYONE ever made these without using corn syrop and if so what did you use? I'd like these to taste good, but match our health needs for lower sugar and fats. Thanks much!
