Do you know of any weight loss surgery friendly pcp in the New jersey area that accepts Horizon Blue Croos Blue Shield ? Insurance carrier needs a referrel. I have a girlfriend who doc is not behind her in doing the surgery, so she needs a weight loss surgery friendly pcp so she can get the ball running.
