Lump in throat

I'm almost 6 weeks post op and doing great however in the last two days I've noticed a lump in my throat when I drink liquids. I don't have any problem when I eat. When I drink I feel the lump which goes down and eventually goes away. Anybody know what this is? It doesn't happen every time but often enough to make me wonder if something is wrong.
