Did any of you start out with A cup breasts?

Ok so I have the weirdest body in that I weight about 300lbs, yet brealy have A cups. If I could find a bra in my size I would wear a 44A, and that's not possible, I am convinced! So my question is this, are they going to disappear altogether when I have surgery? Sigh... that would make me sad :( Thanks for your help! :)
