Is there some special test we have to get for the surgeon?

I have an appt. with a psyc. for a psyc. evaluation. I don't know if he has wls experience or not. He is the only one I could get in with before my surgery date. Does anyone know exactly what the surgeon is looking for? My surgeon requires the psyc. clearance before surgery, not my ins. company. Thanks~~You ALL are the best!
