I had a tummy tuck at weight 190lbs....now at 280 will have RNY..

I would like to hear fromm anyone with a previous tummy tuck and want to know if after RNY is their tummy sagging? My tummy now preop sticks out, but does not overlap and is firm. I also had previous Liposuction on both hips.....any suggestions?
