Does anyone have a number to Aetna HMO pre-certication office?

My surgeons office mailed by pre-certification packet in stead of faxing it because they said it was too large. It has been over 3 weeks since they mailed it and have not gotten a response back yet. Many WLS sight members have gotten approval anywhere form 1 day to 1 week. I just wanted to know how did they find out in such a short period of time did they get an answer from Aetna HMO? Is there a number to call? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
