Would like to know how much your PacifiCare out of pocket was?

I have Pacificare (California) HMO, and will have to go outside of my medical group to have the surgery. Will they pay 100 percent, or will I have to pay some? Ususally my copay is just $5.00. Will this be true for the surgery or will I owe a lot more? I just want to be financially ready, and not suprised. Would everyone who had Pacificare HMO please reply with what your out of pocket expense was??? Thanks
