Anyone know of a PCP in NH that is WLS supportive/sensitive?

Currently do not have a PCP that I've been to long term, or knows me well. I would like to establish a PCP that will be supportive and sensitive to my wanting WLS and the after care involved. Looking for referrals in New Hampshire.
