losing weight before doc appt

ok i had mailed in my papers to the doc a 2 weeks ago i have my first appt the end of october.. but now i am 12 pounds under my weight..and for the first time in my life i dont know how i lost the weight..but i need this weight to have the surgery!! what do i do have rolls of coins on me hahahaha
