Has anyone gotten Aetna approval for RNY since Jan 03?

Has anyone been successful in getting approval from Aetna USHC since the Jan 17,2003 ammendment to requirements? i.e. Six-month physician-supervised diet requirement. PLEASE email me at: [email protected] I would like to know how you were able to obtain approval. Thank you! Kristen
