How soon does the wt. come off?
I have been on a bad plateau fro a long time now. I up'ed my water intake and finally got myself to the gym. I'm going 5 days a week for at least an hour. My question is, how long after you start working out does the weight start coming off? I know muscle weighs more than fat but I have not lost a pound in almost 2 weeks. I'm starting to get down in the dumps about this. I have always thought that I would never get this weight off and I fear that it may come true. Any words of advice would be very welcomed.
