Hey Baby Girl! Yep....Your one and only...."Favorite cousin". I just wanted you to know I am thinking about you. Its 11:35pm Sunday night. Everyone at work is sending wonderful thoughts your way. Hi Renee, I'm sure you know that Renee means re-birth in french. Very appropriate for us "renees" don't you think? I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few more calories) because my surgery went fine. I always say the week before surgery was harder than the week after. Nerves can do that to you. Keep it postive. That means only positive people around you. The negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. All the best,

I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another...observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. --- Congratulations on your surgery date and may God keep you close to his side as you travel your new journey. You will have ups and downs. You can always turn to us, your AMOS family, we will give support, comfort and encouragement.
