Hi Debra! I just wanted to write and say that it was SOOOOO nice meeting you in Las Vegas! Getting to meet everyone was a lot of fun and gives me lots of hope and added motivation that I can do just as well :) I posted a bunch of photos from the trip in my profile and picturetrail - just click on the "The Orleans" logo in my profile to see all of them! May 26th Debra's SO Johm IM'd me last night to pass on the following info. Debra is home and resting. Pain is kinda eh...but she is doing much better. Unfortunately I missed his email to me Thursday Night. Debra experienced a partailly collapsed left lung, and developed pnuemonia in both lungs. SHe was and continues to be treated with antibiotics, and is doing much better with Pneumonia. She is eating about as well as expected. No nausea as of yet. She is doing her walking. So our girl is gonna just fine. I will be calling a little later. I hope she'll is feeling well enough to talk. John says she wants to THANK ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT! Tuesday May 20, 2003 @:00 p.m. (Pacific) Spoke with John...Debra is in a regular room. Sleeping right now. But seemed to do well last night. Everything looks to be going as expected. I will post again later this evening.

Monday May 19th 8:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) I just spoke to John...Debra's SO...he says she did fine in surgery, and will be in ICU overnight to monitor sleep apnea...as expected. She was up walking earlier, and she is expected to walk one more time tonight. I will call again tomorrow and hopefully will be able to talk directly to her. I know she would want to thank all of you, as do I for all the love and support you have offered for Debra. You are all truly womderful people! I promise to keep you posted on her progress! Let's hear it for Debra!
