It is a good group. I just went to the OH event in New York last month and met many of the members! Had a great and informative time.

hi there!! I am going to have RNY in the first week of December, i was told. Yes my doc has a support group that he requires people to go to. I live in Michigan. Yes, i have been told that this is a very good group. Thanks for writing back. :)

Welcome Tam! This is a good group - just a bit quiet as it seems people have been busy!
What type of surgery are you going to have? Hopefully your doctor has a support group for after WLS?

EEK!! You guys are a tough crowd...I am katsi67, or Tam, to my friends. I would love to hear from as many of you as i can. I am going to have surgery in about three weeks and i am terrified!!! i have no real support at home, no real friends to speak of so would appreciate some input! Thanks. :)

Its my anniversary HIp Hip Hooray 2 yrs 180 lbs down and hold. Life is still a work in progress but my health is excellent.
