Thank you and that's adorable!! How have you been my love?  My head is still spinning from the trip and it was definitely an eye opening experience.  It is amazing how little some of the surgeons know about the life after our surgery and that is not meant to be a derogatory comment.  There are a lot of people in the field that don't know much about us and wow I'd love to change that.  I've got a couple of ideas I'd like to publish and one of them would be a book called "Dear Bariatric Surgeon...things post-ops would love for you to know."  The exhibits and all the things being offered in the bariatric world will make your head spin.  Some of it is surgical instruments and stuff like that but some are after care products too.

I've missed you guys!  Thanks for the welcome ommmmmmmm.
hugs, Y

Jumped on the scale this morning and found out I reached Onderland. I was so exited I grabbed the camera. I haven't seen this weight in 17-18 years. I cried back then when I saw the weight today I did the happy dance. It's funny how your perspective can change.

Topic: ? on Century Club
Hi everyone,
I was wondering about the century club. I see the cards at the bottom of some posts.
Is that for weight loss since surgery or weight loss from highest weight????
And how do you get one??? Just curious.

Thanks Molly....I really appreciated the "in remission" analogy...If I was in remission from cancer, I would know that I could not let up on the treatment to keep me there...and that is the attitude I am going to need to have.

oh FIBER!

yup... that's what I've been missing....
and a little low in the hydration department as well...

CAN ANYONE VENTURE A GUESS as to WHAT my problem has been?

oh sure....

go ahead and laugh yourself silly....

just you wait....

until you find yourself....

THEN  YOU may remember to have a little bit of FIBER everyday!!!

then again you may not...

if you don't remember to have your fiber.....

your body WILL tell you how negligent you have been......
