It's what I get for going to Cincinnati for the OH Event.  I'm up to my eyeballs in alligators.  I can probably show you quicker than tell you so I'm going to load you up with all the video I've worked on.  Most will be from the Cincinnati event but I'm going to add a couple that I've saved for 5 years...when I went to save the baby cats during Hurricane Katrina.  So here's more video than you'll want to see but the Q&A panel will likely be very helpful.  I have to post them in the following posts.
hugs, Y

p.s. If you have problems viewing it just click on the middle of the video and it should take you to you tube.

 Make "right decisions" a goal.

Do you set goals and track your progress? It's a well-known fact that you are more likely to reach a goal if you write it down and monitor your growth.

If you've been struggling to make good choices, make "making good choices" your goal. Create a chart, and put a star or other positive symbol on the days you make good and healthy choices. By tracking your right decisions, you'll see them increase.

Action for the day: Make a "right decisions" chart. In your journal, start a list of the right decisions you make. Looking back on the challenges you have overcome will inspire you.

Topic: RE: Why you gain weight - by Katie Jay
I loved this one!  I thought I posted but I see I did not post it to this group.  Excellent post!  I love Katie Jay!  Thanks I skimmed this again today and definitely a must read because it reiterates why we should never give up and why we fail to lose weight.  Have a good day!

Getting in a little late on this... but... I am also glad to see you post- post-op! You had a bit of a rough start but things will smooth out eventually.

The diarrhea may come & go for a bit. As others have said... stay hydrated. Also I add... avoid constipation... if you can take some Benefiber powder in your water. Believe me Constipation is worse than running.  Neither one is fun. Bu****ching that scale move on down is a wonderful thing!

take care...

Topic: Taking Medication
I was given prescriptions today for hot flashes, etc and wondering how my system will absorb it due to my gastric bypass 5 years ago. I was doing pretty good until this year with all the hormone changes and have gained about 25 lbs!  I want to get serious and loss this added weight.

I would appreciate your feedback.  Thanks
