Hi Judy!!

It is so good to hear from you.  Our puppy is doing great.  He's 70 pounds now and his dog house is just fine!  I made it big enough so that he would have plenty of room.  In fact, we could fit another dog in there with him.

congratulations on hitting your goal weight!  Isn't it an awesome feeling?

Hugs,

chris

HEY CHRIS!!!!!!!!!!
You look great! I'm so sorry you couldn't be in Houston a week earlier.  I just posted the pix from the event.   I live in Dallas so I'd be less helpful about site seeing than looking it up on the internet.  When we were there it was the best Houston weather I've ever experienced because it wasn't so humid.  If you've got a car you could drive to the ocean or go see the NASA stuff.  There's all kinds of stuff.  It's great to hear from you.  Again you look AWESOME!!
hugs, Y

Hello to all of my OH friends!  I miss you all very much.  I hope everyone is doing well.  My weight loss has been great.  I now weigh 160.  Other aspects of my life are in the tank and I am working very hard to pull things together.  I would have loved to see those who went to the Houston conference.  I wasn't able to attend.  Instead, I will be in houston this weekend and bored out of my mind while my wife attends a conference.  I've never been to Texas before so I plan on some sight-seeing.  Any suggestions?

Regards,

Chris

I'm sure the video tape of the hallway was a scream when I got back to my room.  I couldn't take another moment in those boots.  I had to get down on my knees to get my key out of the carrier (I had to take my video camera and big camera) and I pushed the carrier in the door and crawled in on my knees.  I was laughing at myself.  I put on my jeans and my Obesity Help t-shirt and ended up barefoot for most of the rest of the night.  I had been in heels from 6:30AM to 9PM.  My feet may never recover!

I will be posting more pictures when I can and video too.  We had over 300 people there and it was AWESOME!!  Traci was in the fashion show too!  And Kathryn.  I hope I didn't miss anyone else from here.  Here's where I was lining up the people in the fashion show and Traci is in the black boots in front of me.

Here's Kathryn.

I'm in the background with my mouth open!
Hugs, Y

Very nice photos....

I certainly can identify with the woman in bare feet.... shoes have got to go when the toes scream!

Unlike someone else that just lays down on the job and leaves the poor puppies squished together!  lol

Weight Loss Surgery Support: Daily Inspiration for November 10, 2010 Katie Jay, MSW

Make today count.

Sometimes life presents challenges that seem insurmountable. When tragedy strikes or plans fail, motivation can jump right out the window.

When you're feeling discouraged, it's easy to lash out at others or mistreat yourself.

But have courage. Despite your cir****tances, make today memorable for something positive. A positive action won't completely take your worries away, but it is the first step to overcoming adversity.

Action for the day: No matter how you feel or what is happening in your life that is discouraging, take a positive action today. Make today count for something good.
