Actually I did eat some shrimp and a small piece of fish earlier probably about 3oz total. later i had some cereal w/ skim milk... but i threw half of that out because it tasted to sweet to me.

took my bp again after changing the batteries - still on the low side but I feel a lot better.

maybe I'll my protein shake and see if that helps...  don't really feel like i want to eat solid food right now...

hmmm... i had cramps in my ankle and left foot before maybe I'm low on potassium... and I'm all out of bananas.... sheesh....

Good Grief now what? I broke out in a little sweat and felt dizzy like I was going to pass out. So bad... that I unlocked the front door in case I decided to call 911. sat down in my recliner for a little bit and feel better. My blood pressure is quite low....

oh stinking thing.... the batteries in my blood pressure cuff need replacing.... ok I'll take care of that then redo..

but that doesn't explain my feeling like I'm almost ready to pass out.

Earlier this evening I touched each of my toes!
It was quite a bit easier to clip my nails without that "OTHER PERSON" that has disappeared always in the way!!!!

Topic: Touch Your Toes

Touch your Toes. This was one of the Best things I learned in College. It's a lot easier to do this in person but I'm gonna try to share this this way. I would normally ask you to close your eyes as I touch mine if front of you. (I always like to let people know that I won't be touching them) Then say touch your toes. If you'd like to touch your toes then continue reading......................

Ok so take note how you touched your toes. Did you stand up, and bend over and touch your toes, the same way you always do? The same way most people do? Just think of all the ways you Could have touched them,  touched your two big toes together, picked one leg up, and so on and so on.  The lesson that the teacher taught us with this is: for everything you do, you have a choice. For me the lesson goes even further. When what I am doing isn't working so well, look at other choices, or always look for better choices.

I find myself saying many times 'Touch your Toes Saara, Touch your Toes"

I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I did (and do)

Topic: Black Tea With Meals
As many know I have some blood sugar issues. So sometime ago I read an article that if you drink Black Tea (has to be black tea, not green or any other) that it can keep blood sugar levels from spiking. Well I'll be damned if it isn't true.  I've tested it multiple times, and it's a marked difference. Quite a dilemma eh? Go against what I've learned and drink with meals, or don't and have the sugar spikes.

I pretty much plan my own, I tell ya if I were a rich woman the first thing I would do is hire a wls friendly chef!!! LOL

Anywho... I try to make healthy choices I go for high protein low carb, honestly I feel by picking the healthy choices the fat and calories will be correct. I actually emailed my nut today to ask about food ideas to help with the reactive hypo, when I hear back i will be happy to share. I look forward to seeing the posts.

I agree with Lilitu, you are beautiful no matter what you wear, inside and out !  My late husband had long eyelashes and had to be sure that his glasses had the nosepads instead of the simple ones that sit on the bridge of your nose, otherwise they are to close to the lashes.  I am a person that needs glasses, but I prefer my contacts !  They have such cute glasses nowdays, not like the blue plastic ones I started out with as a kid....LOL

Thanks for the list !

Topic: Menu Plans
Hi everyone.
I have been researching for a good part of the day, extremely slow at work, for sites that have a good diet plan menu. I'm curious to know if any of you have a site you print menu's off of or do you plan your own meals and print them out? Just wondering how you all go about planning your protein, calorie, carb and fat intake.

Thanks.
Sharon
