And yes you can come over!!  As a matter of fact (I apologize again if I repeat myself) but I post in a lot of places and don't remember which place I say what BUT if I haven't said this yet....

I didn't want the movie to end.  It isn't just about sci-fi.  It is about a lot of things.  There are things with lots of blowing up stuff for the guys and special effects for the techno gurus but the love story and triumph of good over evil is the most beautiful story I have ever seen.  In fact there have been reports of people being depressed because they couldn't stay in the world Pandora after the movie was over.  I was one of them! I'm going to say something totally weird (no surprise right??).  The indiginous tribe that lived on the world Pandora are called the Na'vi.  I may not be blue or ten feet tall but I am Na'vi.  I commune with the animals and the plants.  I feel their energy and I feel other people's energy...too much most of the time.  That's why I have to stay away from the negative nellies because I start to take in that energy and it starts to make me crazy ****razier).  If I could go and live on Pandora forever, I'd be there in a second.  So....if you have not seen it, please go see it and please go see it in 3D because the beautiful illuminated creatures and the flecks of light in the forest will BLOW YOU AWAY!  I had to get the soundtrack so I could stay in the moment.  I saved my 3D glasses and I'm going back... a lot!  So Miss Kathy,  please go see it if you haven't and you'll get to live in Yvonne's world for at least a little over a couple of hours.  Have I got any takers on going????

But it's a nicer world.  I wanna live there, too!  Can I come over now?

Saara I can't imagine what it's like to be in your shoes right now.  Yes my mom went through chemo but being your husband?  Situations like yours remind me even more why it disturbs me when people get so upset over trivial things or certainly things they cannot control.  When someone tells me "I don't really have anything to feel gratitude about".  I ask them to think about things they love and then imagine them being taken away and then by some miracle they are given back.  Gratitude wouldn't begin to explain what they would be feeling. 

I try to stay with that feeling by being so grateful that I'm so fortunate to not be in the place of those that have so little or are going through so much.  We had a drunk driver going the wrong way yesterday and even though the policeman was desperately trying to stop her, he watched her plow head on into a beautiful grandmother coming home from the store.  The tears of the granddaughter and daughter that lost her, the policeman that will have to live with thinking he could have done something different and the alcholic mom that probably wished she had not survived the wreck. Life is precious and is something to be treasured....every moment because we don't know when it will be taken away.

Your husband is in my prayers as well as you.

Hi Suzy, I don't think you're being negative but I think you are feeling negative. Your time will be here before you know it, and you're going to be to busy training yourself for your new life to stress about being put under. Which btw scares the bloody hell outa me too!! Right now is the time to get a jump start on healthy eating and moving that georgous body. Take a look at Yvonnes recipe for Life, and keep asking for support. And asking for support is much different than whinning and being negative. 

Yvonne. Thank You. I can't tell you how good that makes me feel. It's nice when you write something that means a lot to you and someone else 'gets it'. I tried to repost it and the only answer I got was to switch to the liquid version...

You and anyone else are welcome to use this. I would love to see this get to as many people as possible. I beleive that this info is incredibly important

 I can't tell you how much better I am doing since I have learned this, and more importantly, my darling dh is doing so much better since he has come on board with me and his prognosis is excellent (he's on chemo) .
