Exactly why I can't even look at it.  I just went off for 3 days on a FaceBook page about "Remember When...in my hometown" and it was incredibly addictive.  I had to step away because as much fun as it was remembering special places/events/ etc. when I grew up, the support here is life saving and I have to put it in perspective.  I really really do. I was amazed that someone said something negative to me and I don't even know who it was.  It went perfectly though because I didn't know she was being nasty to me.  Some people have to ruin a good party no matter what.  So...this is a great post and the perfect example of how we have addictive tendencies.  It shows us to be careful what we expose ourselves to.  Remember my statement? If you hang around in  a barbershop eventually you'll get a haircut.

I tried to look at the picture but I couldn't.  I am so upset when cats go outside.  We live near a park called Coyote Park and there's a reason.  Not too many cats roaming here.  I did manage to find 2 litters of kittens and capture them so at one time I had 9 kittens in 3 different places in my house.  It was incredibly hard to try to find homes and 2 of the black ones were returned.  The lady said they wouldn't come near her but when I went to pick them up they RAN to me and put their front legs around my neck.  I'm so screwed.   For now I have my own 5 cats and 1 dog and the 2 black cats.  One girl, one boy.  The girl is tiny and the boy is big.  Easy to tell apart.

I'm sorry about your DH not liking the idea.  Even with so many here it's sort of a rule that if ones goes away due to death, there's a spot open...technically.  I don't have to look.  There are so many animals.  When I had 4 of the 9 left I collected $500 for a rescue to take them and they couldn't because they were too full.  The mortgage situation has made it balloon.  So....if by any chance you could ever talk your husband into 2 black cats, I'd find a way to get them to you.  I wish you could take that baby off the streets but you'd have a couple people not so happy with that.

 Per her blog a few  hours ago: She has been given IV fluids, having diarrhea, having a good cry, losing weight but less so now that she can't eat and she is happy to have support from OH site.  Doesn't regret WLS but so drained from all the symptoms.  It really makes you think about the hard times around surgery when someone else is going through it.

     Sorry I have been absent for a little bit. I blame it on my stepdaughter. she introduced me to an evil thing......... Farmville. I cant believe how quick my husband and I got addicted. I have been thinking about letting my crops die and try to have a life again instead of spending all this time sitting in front of a computer. I have housework to do and i actually want to start my own live garden now that we don't have any more frost or snow. We actually had snow flurries last week. Crazy!!!

Well I better get to bed I have work tomorrow. I will check in later in the week to update myself with what everyone is doing.
