I have an account but I am not really active on it. Thanks for support and kind words too. I stay positive each and every day! I have lost and kept off 31 pounds since October. See blog I wrote last week below.
In October 2012 I re-charged myself and I am finally finding my way. I re-set my goals and started weighing in most days. Now I weigh almost every single day and this has helped me. I don't beat myself up and I finally know I do not have to be perfect either to be healthier and successful.
Last wee was the 1st day I have weighed under 360 pounds in a long time -- and I am determined to keep going. I was not able to confirm it this morning because my electricity was out but I feel lighter and know there is no turning back for me. I have had enough ups and downs to know what works for me and I am going to keep doing it. I know I will have some more ups and downs along the way but no worries I will not stay down long...
Now I am striving for my next goal which is under 340!
