I just listened in and participated in a telephone group support meeting. I really enjoyed it and learned alot and came away with some goals to accomplish over the next month. Below is the information Molly gave me for the dates and times. I think this will help keep me motivated and help fill in the gap for the times between my regular group meeting I attend . You really should check them out when you need that extra support.

Join members of the BSCI staff and Dream Team Tonight at 6:00 PM, MT for our exceptional brand of support via telephone! BSCI's FREE TeleSupport Groups are held twice each month; the 1st Monday and the 3rd Thursday. TeleSupport Groups last about one hour, but you may come and go as you please. All WLS patients, supporters, investigators are welcome to participate, learn, share, or just listen in.

Great! I did not realize you were on there.   As you could see my phone was acting up so I was in and out!   I am so glad that this information was useful and helpful for you Sessa!!  I love them myself and I hope to see you there on the 3rd Thursday of the month .  I think I need a new blue tooth.  

I completlyy forgot about the meeting this month and realized a week too late. I am looking forward to doing this again. It was very helpful.I really needed it this month ...oh well I have to mark it on my calendar so I dont forget.

unfortunately the thursday meetings are at 2:oo where I am and I will be at work. So I will try for next month Monday call in.
