Drink more Water

I have been applying the 7 Healers in my LIfe for over a year now and one that really helped me reach my goal weight, give me more energy and help with constipation (ok I said it, and I know I am not the only one) has been WATER.  Dr. C suggest that you drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily.  Thought I would share:

How true. I have been on a stall lately and I really haven't been getting the appropriate amount of water in. Time to change that. Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks for sharing.  I drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily.  If my urine is still dark I may drink more.  So far 12 has been plenty with water I get from veggies and fruits.
