My panniculectomy is scheduled.
You probably have completely forgotten who I am, and are asking yourself - who is this chick and why does she think we care about her surgery? But it's just me - and no, I don't check in nearly as often as I should, but I wanted you to know that I'm scheduled for December 7th. I'll be at home, curled up for several days, with loved ones waiting on me, making me walk and carrying little bits of protein for me to nibble. The Dr. advised that, although the insurance only approved a panni, she'll be doing a regular abdominoplasty, because I wouldn't be satisfied with only the revision a panni provides. I'm pretty darned happy abou that!
By the way, I am able to have the surgery because the DVT cleared completely!! Yay!
I try to do better to keep you updated.

Congratulations on your surgery date! I'm sure you will be so excited as you wait for this big day. make sure to take some really good 'before' pics so that a couple of weeks after your PS you can take some smokin' 'after' pics!!
I am 17 months out and am thinking I might get a PS consult sometime after the first of the year, but will need to self pay, so I'm not sure if/when I will do it.
