Setting a Goal - Motivation

I have found that it is the little things that help me over the motivational hump.  I  used to say to myself...I am too tired, I am too fat, I am too busy to exercise or start something new.  I have learned to trick myself and started to set fun goals for myself that gives me motivation to do the "daily grind".  I used to snow ski a lot when I was teen and in my early twenties.  I have set a goal to get in shape enough to ski this Christmas up in Lake Tahoe.  Now, I am motivated to go on the elliptical, treadmill, weights...etc, because I want to have a fun time on the slopes with my wife and kids.

So, I am now starting to set fun goals for myself and looking for the results.

JB-

Fun goals, I LOVE it.. What a great way for motivation and who doesn't like to have fun???  I have vision of someone in skiing attire from head to foot, those fun funky glasses and then there is the lodge atmosphere with a wood burning fire place... How stinking fun..

Good luck and I can't wait to hear about the trip and see pictures.. :)

Anyone else out there want to set a FUN goal??
