THIS TIME NEXT WEEK.... I'll be in BALTIMORE-MD

BALTIMORE HALF-MARATHON!!! is saturday 16th!!!

I will be there with four terrific friends... our goal has been

get healthy! so while we aren't planning on "Placing"

our plan is to FINISH...

I hope I can avoid any reoccurance of the shin splints that I had during my over zealous training earlier this summer. THE PAIN was incredible.

so... Team W.A.L.K. 

(our last names spell WALK)

We are as ready as we are going to be...

I just think of the "little engine that could" I think I can....
I think I can... I think I can....

Somewhere online there will be a live feed of the race- of course with over 20,000 participants it is highly unlikely that you will see me... but i'll be there...
