I am here!
I am seven weeks out from surgery. Seems like just yesterday that I was crying wishing I could undo the surgery! And I made it through that with the help of Yvonne and others on this site! thanks.
And I am now back to work and today was my first day back to the gym. It was great when my trainer came and gave me a big hug! Made me feel like I belonged. And it didnt hurt that he is super hot! hehe...
So I am taking life day by day and getting stronger. I have lost 29 pounds since 7/27 and a total o****ince May!
