Have you tried any new foods that may be causing that issue? Have you talked to your dietitian or doc about what might be causing that? I take calcium citrate chewy bites from Bariatric Advantage they don't seem to bother me and I have a very sensitive bari belli but we all react differently to so many things!
Just an FYI make sure you drink extra fluids when that happens. Being dehydrated on top of everything else is so not fun...
Have a great day~

Getting in a little late on this... but... I am also glad to see you post- post-op! You had a bit of a rough start but things will smooth out eventually.
The diarrhea may come & go for a bit. As others have said... stay hydrated. Also I add... avoid constipation... if you can take some Benefiber powder in your water. Believe me Constipation is worse than running. Neither one is fun. Bu****ching that scale move on down is a wonderful thing!
take care...
