2 Year Anniversary

Well yesterday was my 2 Year Anniversary and it is great to have reached my weight loss goal during this 2 year journey; and I am still working on my body goal and making much progress.  Year 2 was my most successful; especially since I found this group.  Yvonne and this group has been a real inspiration and encouragement to me this past year,  and  I feel better then I have ever felt in my life. 

 My husband and I were looking at my before picture and took a picture yesterday to mark my two year anniversary.  It is amazing how much you change.  You don't even look like the same person.

Work has been really crazy these past few months; but hope to get back online more and be more involved.

Thank you all again for everything; without support you cannot do it alone - I know from experience.

Congratulations!  I agree with you about the support here... It is terrific! 

of course, summer has been slow on the site but that's because everyone is out and about getting healthy.... once the cooler weather comes along I'm sure the pace around here will pick up!
