Today is JEllen's one year surgiversary!!! JEllen, Judy, JEllenator etc. She is absolutely one of the very bestest members of long standing that's here holding us up when I am away. So happy happy day for you JEllen. You are the poster child of first year WLS and I'm glad to have you here.

and I hope you reached your goal today! You are SO CLOSE!!!! 
Awwww.... you all say such nice things..... how can I be anything but positive around this bunch??? Well, truth be known I haven't reached goal as yet but I will. I actually feel pretty good at the weight that I have reached so its more difficult to keep such a close eye on what I permit myself to eat.
Ah...the honeymoon is over and marriage... maintenance has begun... and that isn't as much fun as the honeymoon....
But what an achievement to be here at my 1 year surgiversary!!! and so very close to goal... even though I've gained a few pounds these past few weeks. Probably because I haven't been doing my exercise routine due to the unbearable heat & humidity. Does that sound like an excuse?
Perhaps it is... I won't say it isn't.
In any event .... we are all here for the encouragement and to keep trying to overcome our old destructive habits and shape a new healthy life for ourselves....
so RAH RAH whooppee & woo hooo for all of us!
let's all do what we need to do...

but my dear it's more than 3.5 pounds... now i must go and post the REAL DEAL.... i have gained... i just didn't reset the health tracker... but i will do it now...
and yess I will do it... get to goal....
