What are your goals for July?

I ended the month with only a 3 pound weight gain, so I was able to lose back 9 of the 12 pounds gained in June on my roller coaster ride.  No more roller coasters for me for a while.

My goal for July is no more YO-YOing.  I want to be more consistent with eating.  I want a maintain or lose.  I want to lose at least 8 pounds just because I am still a size where this is a realistic and reasonable goal.  Meanwhile, I will continue with my exercising which I can't complain about at all.  I am back up to exercising almost every day, including weight training and avg 50+ min of cardio exercises.  What are your goals for the month of July? Please share.

My goal is to add another day of working out and really start planning my food. I just started using  Fitday.com and I see a trend of my carbs being  more than I think should have.

my goal for July is hopefully get everything submitted to the insurance company. All I am waiting for is my pulmnologist to get my puliminary clearance  to my surgeon. This one I have to stay on top of. They don't do what they say they are going to do.., so far I have called them and asked them to fax the clearance to my surgeon three times, and the surgeons office has called the other doctors office several times. So my goals for this month are... get everything submitted to the insurance company and to move into my daughter's house, and to work every day of my schedule this month. I have not put in a full month at work since last January.
I totally agree with you about gaols. I have a dry erase board that is dedicated to my goals, long term and short term. I break things down into small easy to achieve goals and check them off as they are down. And each one is just a step toward reaching the big long term goal like getting the weight loss surgery.
