No matter where we are in our Journey,  we all have steps for success.  Some of my steps have been sted-fast, others have changed as I have gotten "older".

I would Love to hear others' steps for success.

Here are a few of the things that I do I will start with the few that I started doing pre-op and move forward:

1.)  I Visualize Everynight, how I want my body to look, and how I want my body to look. (The only think I would change here: Visualize Bigger Boobs!!! )

2.) I try educate myself & Listen - I beleive as the Buddhists do, we have all the knowledge within us, it is just up to us to find it.

3.) I weigh everyday.

4.) I try to Spend my calories like I try to spend my money: Wisely.

5.) Before I put something in my mouth I ask myself "Am I really hungry?"

6.) I will never "DIET" again!  (A four letter word that has  a very bad connotation for me.)

I think preparing for success is one of the most important things we can do.
For so many of us who are obese sometimes we set ourselves up for failure. Especially when it comes to loosing weight.
What do I do?
1) I research. And I agree that we do have the knowledge within us... another way to say it is "when the student is ready the teacher will appear".

2) I set goals. Small easy to obtain, realistic goals. What is my goal for today gaols. but they are with in the frame of the bigger goal. in other words, planned "baby steps"

3) include as many as I can in what I am doing. This is the only way I have found to hold my self accountable.

4) never give up... if I fall down then I just begin again. from the begining
no big deal

Awesome list my love.  I would add another simple one.  Always eat breakfast.  And the diet is "die with a T".  I really love your first one which is so important.  I had to laugh at the bigger boobs!

I have so much to catch up on after California so I need you guys to do some extra posting if you can.  I feel like I've been away far too much lately.  Jut kow that I love you all!!
hugs, Y
