Thank you for the welcome, and I really need positivity!!! I am always open for any good suggestions anyone may have. I noticed you ha ur surgery in 2007, have you been able to keep all the weight off once you met your goal? I need all the encouragement that I can get.Sorry I did'nt get back before this, but my computer was out.
