Infection...Wonderling..

Wonderling asked me to post this.  As we suspected she has an infection near her belly button and is currently back in the hospital on IV antibioitcs and they are hydrating her.  She may go home tonight and then see the doctor again on Thursday.  If she is still red and oozing (sorry TMI) then she will be readmitted then and kept on IV antibiotics until the infection is done or abated.   Let's all have good thoughts and prayers for her to get well fast.

Thanks for keeping us updated Janet.  I know there are many prayers being said for Diana.

I feel so awful that I didn't get here sooner. Thank you sooooooooooooo much for letting me know. Bless her heart.

Oh my, the story just keeps going.
Today, a huge fluid mixed with blood loss pool in the kitchen, another trip to ER, not attended to by her surgeon, told after many hours nothing to do - just a pocket of fluid mixed with blood (hematoma/seroma) and bye.  Not an infection.  Some attention from the surgeon would have gone a LONG way in good will here.  The surgeon didn't come down from her office.  And, Wonderling shot up with morphine in a gown couldn't get up to the surgeon's office (who had told her to go the ER in the first place, then told her to come up to the office, etc.).

Oh my God!  Bless her heart.  At least they gave her morphine.  Is she home now?
