NINE MONTHS OUT

I posted this on the Ontario forum this morning but thought I would share my joy with you as well.

Today is the 9 month mark for me.   Some have lost faster, some have lost slower but I thought I would share what has changed in my life in 9 months.

First,
95.4 pounds gone forever...  whoooot whoooot

Second
55 inches lost forever....that is 4.58 feet!!!!   That is tall enough to be an eight year old!  Shocking!

Third
From a 22 bottom to a 12 or 14  - mostly 14 but it depends on the company

Fourth
From a 3X top to an X - my chest shrinkage has been rather slow so tops fitting over the boobage is a challenge.

Fifth - activity again
I can ride a bike, I can walk for hours, I can dance without every muscle aching for days afterward, I can run and play soccer with the kids, and I am pretty much pain free.

Regrets -
Not a One

Favourite Wow -
my kids can hug me all the way around - heavenly!!!

I also love to read success stories! It's wonderful that you feel so well, and I congratulate you on your success, although I had to giggle just a bit on your 4th success... that's the FIRST place I lose weight... and they're gone! :-/ Oh well... thankfully my husband doesn't really care that much if they are! LOL 

Having a hug from your child, husband or grandchild that goes "all the way around" sounds wonderful, I can't wait to get there too!
