WLS Success-through Powerful Positive Attitudes
My surgery story
Here's the poem. I drew the picture. I don't know if it's fair that I'm sharing this with you but I really haven't shared this with many....probably because a lot of people don't understand how much I love my animals.
In case you can't read it:
I shall walk in the sun alone
whose warm heat you loved in the window.
I shall sleep alone,
Would that your gentle paw
could stay my moving pen just one more time.
I shall see beauty,
but not so sweet as the unselfish loyalty
with which you loved me.
I shall fill my days
but I shall not, cannot ever forget.
Sleep soft sweet Sheba
for while I live, you shall not die.
In case you can't read it:
I shall walk in the sun alone
whose warm heat you loved in the window.
I shall sleep alone,
Would that your gentle paw
could stay my moving pen just one more time.
I shall see beauty,
but not so sweet as the unselfish loyalty
with which you loved me.
I shall fill my days
but I shall not, cannot ever forget.
Sleep soft sweet Sheba
for while I live, you shall not die.
